1. General Policy - We do not offer returns or refunds unless an incorrect product is shipped.

2. Mandatory Condition - A clear, unedited unpacking video must be provided showing:

- The sealed package

- Full unboxing

- Incorrect item received

3. Not Eligible For Returns

- Change of mind

- Scent or color preference

- Damage after delivery

- Missing unpacking video

4. Process - 

Email hello@spickeasy.com within 48 hours with the video. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and replacement.
