Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-metro & smaller towns: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will reach out to you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-shipping charges may apply in such cases. We recommend double-checking your delivery address before placing an order.
